Job summary

Kenco Group is hiring a Distribution Center General Manager to plan, direct and optimize warehouse operations. This leadership role drives safety, quality and profitability while aligning with Kenco’s guiding principles and the Kenco Operating System (KOS/Shingo).

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and build strong customer relations. The role requires 7+ years in DC/warehouse leadership, expert people management, and proficiency in labor systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Logistics or Business field or related required.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience within a distribution center and/or warehouse or related required.
• Prior experience leading a team of salary and hourly associates with strong people management and performance coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead site management and personnel to ensure compliance with operating system and SOPs.
• Maintain safety, operations, quality, financial, legal and regulatory functions on site.
• Develop long-term planning and strategic initiatives for site success and customer relations.
• Manage KPIs, BI plans, efficiency programs, and P&L data for reporting to customer and site.
• Coach and mentor site management to ensure bench strength and sustainability.
