The role emphasizes 5S, Kaizen, Gemba walks, and a strong Lean culture to continuously improve cross-functional operations and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive distribution center/warehouse experience.
• Experience leading salary and hourly teams; strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site management and personnel to ensure SOP compliance.
• Maintain safety, operations, quality, financial and regulatory functions.
• Develop long-term strategic initiatives for the site and customer relations.
• Track KPIs, drive BI plans, efficiency programs and P&L performance.
• Mentor site management to build bench strength for succession.
