Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor I to lead the frontline team in daily operations, ensuring outstanding customer service and proper store execution.

This role requires mentorship, hands-on management, and the ability to oversee all store operations in the absence of the General Manager and Dispensary Supervisor II. You will guide Patient Care Coordinators and Customer Service reps, mentor new hires, and step in as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Minimum 1+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Must be proactive, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, strong communication, customer service and leadership skills.
• Meet timeliness consistently in fast paced environment and be able to effectively work under pressure.
• Continuously open to constructive, developmental feedback.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and computer software.
• Must pass all required background checks.
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry.
• Requires open availability working days, nights, and weekends. Ability to work full-time, reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance.
• Candidates must have the ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of products/merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline team in day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Mentor new hires and support onboarding.
• Step up as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach team and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Tackle escalated customer concerns with empathy and resolve.
