Job summary

Vireo Health in Minnesota is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor I to lead the frontline team, ensure exceptional customer service, and support daily store operations. This hands-on role requires mentorship, attention to detail, and the ability to step in for the General Manager when needed.

You will coach staff, resolve escalated customer concerns, drive sales, manage cash and drawer accuracy, and uphold all security and Minnesota regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Minimum 1+ years of retail leadership or management experience
• Strong communication, customer service and leadership skills
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline team in day-to-day operations and ensure service excellence
• Mentor new hires and support onboarding
• Oversee store operations in absence of senior roles
• Coach staff and handle customer/patient concerns
• Drive sales and upsell during shifts
• Open and close the store and manage cash flow
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota regulations and company policies
• Verify IDs and handle POS transactions
