Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking an energetic Dispensary Supervisor I to join our Minnesota retail team. You will lead the frontline staff, mentor teammates, and step in as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional patient care.

You’ll train new hires, coach in real time, handle escalated customer concerns with empathy, uphold cash handling procedures, and maintain compliance with state regulations. Flexibility to cover weekends, nights, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Proactive with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
• Able to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Open to constructive feedback and continual improvement.
• Able to use standard office equipment and computer software.
• Must pass background checks and comply with regulations.
• Willing to work full-time with a flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods, climb a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
