Job summary

You will coach staff, manage POS operations, and ensure adherence to Minnesota state regulations while driving sales and maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Proactive with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Open to constructive feedback and continuous improvement.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and computer software.
• Must pass required background checks and comply with industry regulations.
• Willingness to work a full-time, rotating schedule including weekends, holidays, and nights.

Responsibilities
