Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking an energetic Dispensary Supervisor I to lead frontline staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and support daily retail operations across our Baltimore-area stores. This hands-on role requires mentorship, a focus on compliance, and the ability to step in as Manager on Duty when needed.

You will coach team members, handle escalated customer concerns with empathy, manage drawer accuracy, and help train staff on cannabis products.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Minimum 1+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Proactive with strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Open to constructive feedback and growth.

Responsibilities
