Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Must be proactive, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, strong communication, customer service and leadership skills.
• Meet timeliness consistently in fast paced environment and be able to effectively work under pressure.
• Open to constructive, developmental feedback.

Aufgaben

• Lead frontline team in day-to-day operations and drive exceptional customer service.
• Mentor new hires and support onboarding.
• Step up as Manager on Duty when needed and coach staff in real time.
• Oversee cash handling, drawer operations and security procedures.
• Educate staff and customers on cannabis products and consumption methods.
• Drive sales by upselling and promoting current promos.
• Open and close the store and ensure compliance with policies.
