Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. seeks a Dispensary Supervisor I to lead the frontline team in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and solid store execution. This role emphasizes mentorship and hands-on management, stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed.

You will coach staff, handle customer concerns with empathy, and maintain security and compliance across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Minimum 1+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Must be proactive, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, strong communication, customer service and leadership skills.
• Meet timeliness consistently in fast paced environment and be able to effectively work under pressure.
• Open to constructive, developmental feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline team in day-to-day operations and customer service.
• Mentor new hires and support onboarding.
• Step up as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Provide coaching and course-correction to staff.
• Handle escalated customer/patient concerns with empathy.
• Open and close the store and manage cash procedures.
