Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. seeks a Dispensary Supervisor I to lead the frontline team, ensuring outstanding customer service and smooth store operations. The role emphasizes mentorship, hands-on management, and day‑to‑day leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will guide staff, support onboarding, and step in as Manager on Duty when needed, while maintaining compliance and a strong service standard across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Minimum 1+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Must be proactive with strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline team and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Mentor new hires and support onboarding.
• Open and close the store as needed; manage duties in absence of leadership.
• Coach staff in real-time to improve performance, service, and upselling.
• Oversee cash handling, drawers, returns, and discounts with integrity.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
• Maintain shelves, assist with product intake and inventory tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and Minnesota regulations.
