Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor II in Minnesota to lead store operations, optimize inventory, and mentor a team of Patient Care Coordinators and Customer Service staff.

You will drive compliance with state regulations, manage performance data, and partner with the General Manager to run a highly efficient dispensary. The role requires a college degree, 2+ years of retail leadership, strong communication skills, and a knack for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree.
• 2+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to create and review data metrics.
• Must be comfortable handling high-volume cash.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays (min. 45 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and inventory systems.
• Lead and coach Patient Care Coordinators and Customer Service reps.
• Hire, onboard, schedule, and develop staff; provide feedback and discipline when needed.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and Minnesota regulations.
• Analyze sales trends and plan promotions.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and audits; manage safes and change funds.
• Lead training programs and develop SOPs for store efficiency.
• Run the store in leadership's absence and support the GM.
