Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor II in Minnesota to oversee store operations, inventory systems, and team leadership. Focus on compliance, performance analysis, and operational efficiency while supporting the General Manager.

You’ll guide Patient Care Coordinators and Customer Service reps, hire and train staff, manage audits, stock shelves, analyze sales data, and ensure adherence to state regulations. This role requires a college degree and retail leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• 2+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Experience with POS systems and card processing.
• Ability to analyze data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and inventory control.
• Lead and coach staff, hire, onboard, and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota state regulations.
• Monitor audits and transaction accuracy.
• Develop SOPs and training resources.
• Run the store in leadership's absence.
