Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor I to lead the frontline team, ensuring exceptional customer service while overseeing daily store operations. You will mentor staff, step in as Manager on Duty, coach performance, and help uphold Minnesota state regulations in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with 1+ years of retail leadership, strong communication skills, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Minimum 1+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Proactive with strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to constructive, developmental feedback.
• Experience using standard office equipment and computer software.
• Must pass all required background checks.
• Must be compliant with all legal and company regulations in the industry.
• Able to work a full-time schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline team to ensure excellent customer service and store ops.
• Mentor new hires and support onboarding.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Provide real-time coaching and course corrections.
• Handle escalated customer/patient concerns with empathy.
• Set service standards and train others to meet them.
• Maintain consistent service across shifts and keep shelves stocked.
• Assist with product delivery intake and cash drawer accuracy.
• Verify IDs and track products using POS and inventory systems.
