Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking an energetic Dispensary Supervisor I to lead the frontline team and ensure exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes mentorship, hands-on store operations, and adherence to Minnesota state regulations.

You will oversee daily activities in the absence of higher management while driving sales and ensuring compliance. The position requires a readiness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Strong work ethic, with communication, customer service and leadership skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass all required background checks and stay compliant with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline team in day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Mentor new hires and support onboarding processes.
• Step up as Manager on Duty when needed and oversee store operations.
• Tackle escalated customer/patient concerns with empathy and resolve issues.
• Maintain front of house shelves and assist with product delivery intake.
