Job summary

You will lead frontline teams, ensure top-notch customer service, mentor staff, and oversee store operations in the absence of higher management. You will also drive sales and uphold compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Minimum 1+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Proactive, with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, customer service and leadership skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Open to constructive, developmental feedback.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass all required background checks and stay compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline team in day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Mentor new hires and support onboarding.
• Step up as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Provide real-time coaching and course corrections to grow the team.
• Handle escalated customer/patient concerns with empathy.
• Set the gold standard for service and train others to meet it.
• Keep front of house shelves stocked and manage product delivery intake.
• Ensure accurate drawer operations and approve returns/discounts with integrity.
• Verify IDs, intake info, and track products using POS and inventory systems.
• Educate staff and customers on cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
• Own the sales floor and drive upselling; manage start-to-finish orders.
