Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor I to lead our frontline team and ensure exceptional customer service at our Baltimore-area dispensary. You will mentor staff, support onboarding, and step in as Manager on Duty as needed to maintain smooth store operations.

Candidates should have 1+ years of retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach. This role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Minimum 1+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Strong communication, customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline team in day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Mentor new hires and support onboarding.
• Step up as Manager on Duty when needed and maintain store operations.
