Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Dispensary Associate to deliver exceptional patient service, educate customers on cannabis products, and ensure accurate, compliant sales.

The role involves cross-training across intake, advising, fulfillment, sales floor, and surveillance under supervision of management. You’ll support a regulated dispensary experience with strong product knowledge and attention to detail, while contributing to safe, efficient operations and patient care in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and transactions.
• Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass state and federal criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, caregivers, and visitors, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the facility.
• Log patient visits, verify purchase limits, and prevent diversion using the state-mandated tracking system.
• Process patient transactions accurately, following all cash-handling and documentation procedures, and review orders with patients for accuracy and compliance.
• Fulfill online orders accurately and ensure all products are properly scanned into the state tracking system.
• Answer patient calls about product availability, order status, and order changes, and assist with order placement.
• Maintain strong knowledge of medical marijuana products to guide patients on methods of use and product effectiveness.
• Direct patients to the Pharmacist, order pick-up, payment stations, and other areas, and educate them on available products and accessories.
• Monitor surveillance systems and inspect the premises for unlawful, suspicious, or unsafe activity.
• Keep the lobby, check-in, and fulfillment areas organized, secure, and clean, and communicate patient status to the team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support efficient, compliant, and patient-focused operations.
