Job summary

Goettl is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate and deploy HVAC technicians, ensuring timely arrival and high-quality customer experiences. You will coordinate with service, sales, and operations teams, manage scheduling, ordering, and communications to keep jobs on track.

The role emphasizes staying current with company offerings, attending ongoing training, and maintaining clear communication with customers and team members. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage technician schedules.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing (preferred).
• Experience with dispatching software such as ServiceTitan (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Dispatching and deploying technicians promptly to meet customer needs.
• Ensure response times align with company standards and maintenance agreements.
• Attend ongoing training to stay updated on company services.
• Partner with service, sales, and operations teams to schedule and reschedule jobs.
• Manage material and equipment ordering.
• Track technician locations and update customers on ETA.
• Review and confirm service calls 24 hours in advance.
• Ensure calls are booked correctly before dispatching technicians.
• Sell and renew service agreements.
• Assist in compliance management for technician documentation.
• Build and schedule projects efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication between technicians, customers, and internal teams.
