L H Gault & Son Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Dispatch Coordinator to organize daily service calls for HVAC technicians. You will plan routes, assign the next 1–3 days of work, and ensure all calls are covered while keeping customers informed of status updates.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. 100% in‑office work with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience coordinating service technicians is preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch daily service calls and maintain dispatch board for HVAC.
• Assign 1–3 days of work to technicians using GP dispatching system.
• Maintain knowledge of technician skill sets for correct assignments.
• Communicate schedule updates to customers and internal reps.
• Monitor KPI routing efficiency and adjust as needed.
• Respond to urgent gas/oil runouts or urgent issues.
• Support manpower planning and seasonal staffing needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
