Job summary

Goettl is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to coordinate and deploy technicians, ensuring excellent customer service and on-time arrivals across Reno, NV. The role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and collaboration with service, sales, and operations teams.

As a full-time on-site position, you will handle scheduling, materials, and technician support while upholding company standards for response times and service excellence. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching and deploying technicians promptly to meet customer needs.
• Ensuring response times align with company standards and maintenance agreements.
• Attending ongoing training to stay updated on company services and offerings.
• Partnering with service, sales, and operations teams to schedule and reschedule jobs as needed.
• Managing material and equipment ordering.
• Tracking technician locations and updating customers on estimated arrival times.
• Reviewing, verifying, and confirming service calls 24 hours in advance.
• Ensuring the call center has booked calls correctly before dispatching technicians.
• Selling and renewing service agreements.
• Assisting in compliance management for technician documentation.
• Building and scheduling projects efficiently.
• Maintaining clear and accurate communication between technicians, customers, and internal teams.

Your Role as a Dispatcher
