Qualifications

• CDL required.

• Experience with Transportation Management Systems is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers throughout their routes.
• Communicate instructions to drivers for pickups/drop-offs.
• Respond to customer concerns and emails.
• Monitor traffic and issue alerts as needed.
• Record incidents for follow-up.
• Support Lost and Found processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and regulations.
• Additional duties may apply.
