This full-time role coordinates HVAC service calls, dispatches technicians by skill and priority, and maintains clear communication with customers and field staff. The dispatcher will manage schedules, service records and office coordination while ensuring timely updates and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Dispatching experience in HVAC or similar field preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Must understand the geographical territory.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns.
• Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new software.
• Ability to operate general office equipment.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls and customer appointments.
• Dispatch technicians based on skills, priority, location and availability.
• Communicate schedules, arrival times, updates, delays, and issues to customers and techs.
• Monitor daily service calls and adjust schedules as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer data, schedules and dispatch records.
• Coordinate with the office team for smooth daily operations.
• Follow up on service calls and keep customers informed of status.

Mechanical Air Conditioning Corp., a multi-generational, 40-year-old family-owned company, is seeking an EXPERIENCED DISPATCHER.

We are committed to delivering white-glove service for our customers by providing an unmatched commitment to their comfort with the right HVAC system, service, maintenance and indoor air quality.

This position is based out of our office located at 8050 Monetary Drive, Riviera Beach, 33404. This is not a remote position.

Pay: $25-$30 per hour based on experience.

Schedule is typically Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.

As a Dispatcher, you will:

• Coordinate and schedule air conditioning service calls and customer appointments.
• Dispatch technicians efficiently based on tech skills, job priority, location, and availability.
• Communicate with technicians and customers regarding schedules, arrival times, job updates, delays, and service issues.
• Monitor daily service calls and adjust schedules as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving scheduling concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer information, service schedules, and dispatch records.
• Coordinate with the office team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow up on service calls and keep customers informed of job status.

Requirements

• Dispatching experience in a similar role and industry such as air conditioning or plumbing is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
