Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to residential and commercial service calls.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and field technicians.
• Monitor technician locations, job progress, and update schedules in real time.
• Handle inbound customer calls, address inquiries, and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Coordinate emergency and priority HVAC service calls with urgency and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, job statuses, and technician availability.
• Communicate parts needs, delays, or scheduling changes to customers and team members.
