Qualifications

• Proficiency with dispatch and CRM platforms (Simpro, Service Titan, BuildOps, FieldEdge), plus Excel and Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Routing: Assign requests to technicians based on skill, proximity, and urgency.
• Emergency Coordination: Rapid dispatch for emergency calls.
• Customer Communication: Provide arrival windows and update clients on delays or inquiries.
• Field Support: Coordinate parts, relay requirements, and monitor active jobs during shift.
• Administrative Tracking: Update CRM and field-service software; manage on-call schedules.

Hourly Range: $20-$38 (Based on experience).

Cold War Refrigeration, Inc. is seeking a dispatcher to join our growing team. We are looking for a talented dispatcher who is interested in Cold War Refrigeration’s mission and standard of quality customer service and people-first culture.

Qualifications:

As a HVAC and refrigeration dispatcher you will manage field technicians' daily schedules, prioritizes emergency service calls, and serves as the main communication link between customers, managers, and service crews. They optimize routing, track job progress in real time, and ensure compliance. Minimum requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in dispatching, call-center operations, or customer service, ideally within the HVAC/R or construction trades.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with dispatch and CRM platforms (such asSimpro, Service Titan, BuildOps, or FieldEdge), plus standard office tools like Microsoft Excel and Google products.
• Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, calm demeanor under high-pressure emergency situations, and clear verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling & Routing: Assign incoming repair, maintenance, and installation requests to technicians based on skill set, proximity, and urgency.
• Emergency Coordination: Rapid dispatch for emergency calls.
• Customer Communication: Provide arrival windows, notify clients of technician delays, and handle service inquiries or complaints.
• Field Support: Coordinate parts ordering, relay technical requirements, and monitor active job statuses throughout the shift.
• Administrative Tracking: Review incomplete work orders, update CRM and field-service software, and manage on-call shift schedules.
