Job summary

Rumpke of Ohio is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate driver routes and respond to service requests. You will input data into the system, monitor GPS, and maintain DOT-compliant paperwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch work orders to drivers via radio or phone.
• Provide coverage for other lines during absences.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service, pickup, and delivery issues.
• Monitor drivers using GPS (GeoTab) and manage daily routes.
• Ensure DOT paperwork and route sheets are maintained.
