Job summary

Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay is seeking a reliable Dispatch Specialist to be the vital link between customers and field staff. You’ll handle inquiries, route requests, schedule service calls, and maintain detailed records to ensure smooth operations.

This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM shifts and benefits including PTO, health, dental & vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and supplemental insurance options.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities—you stay calm and think on your feet.
• Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Route service requests and inquiries to the right field team member.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls efficiently.
• Manage a high volume of inbound communications while staying organized.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
