Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming service requests from customers, technicians, or sales representatives.
• Schedule service appointments based on technician availability and location.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding appointment times and delays.
• Confirm appointments and provide estimated arrival times.
• Input data into the dispatching software ensuring data integrity.
• Monitor technician availability and workloads.
• Handle emergency service calls and dispatch accordingly.
• Address scheduling conflicts and delays promptly and find solutions.
• Prepare door estimates.
