Responsibilities

• Receive incoming service requests from customers, technicians, or sales reps.
• Efficiently schedule service appointments based on technician availability and location.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers regarding times and delays.
• Confirm appointments with customers and provide estimated arrival times.
• Input data into the dispatching system ensuring data integrity.
• Monitor technician availability and workloads.
• Handle emergency service calls promptly and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Address scheduling conflicts or delays promptly with suitable solutions.
• Schedule door estimates.
