Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience.
• Familiar with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution-focused mindset under pressure.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service and repair calls based on technician location, availability, and skillset.
• Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to respond to changes, emergencies, and customer needs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with technicians, customers, and management.
• Review daily jobs to ensure correct skill levels, parts, notes, and payment details.
• Optimize routes to reduce drive time, improve efficiency, and minimize callbacks.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers—answering questions and setting expectations.
• Accurately document customer interactions and ensure proper follow‑up.
• Handle inbound calls and route them appropriately.
• Support the office and operations team with additional administrative tasks.
