Precision Garage Door Service is hiring a Scheduler and Dispatcher to coordinate garage door installations and manage customer communications. This full-time, in-office role focuses on efficiently assigning jobs to installers based on region, difficulty, and availability, while maintaining detailed notes and up-to-date scheduling records.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, comfort with scheduling software, and a proactive mindset to keep the daily schedule

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling/dispatching or operations coordination.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools; ServiceTitan preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate garage door installations and assign to installers by region and availability.
• Call customers to schedule installs, explain prep requirements, and log notes.
• Use ServiceTitan to set appointment windows and confirm schedules via email/text.
• Track manifests and adjust assignments to maximize daily efficiency.
