Job summary

UES seeks a Dispatcher to coordinate daily job assignments for Field Engineering Technicians and support lab sample logistics and equipment checks. You will act as the primary client contact for job requests, using dispatching software to align deployments with project needs and availability.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment are essential to support field productivity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills are required.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
• Proactive in documenting client conversations and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with client representatives via phone and email for job assignments.
• Document conversations with clients and prepare work orders.
• Coordinate job assignments to minimize travel time and maximize production.
• Manage scheduling, deployment, and Time Off usage of all Field Technicians.
• Organizes laboratory sample retrieval and notifies the Laboratory Supervisor of pending rushes.
• Maintain log of Nuclear equipment checked in or out and distribute dosimeter badges.
• Assist the Productivity Project Manager with paperwork as needed.
• Obtain and organize all purchase orders prior to scheduling Technicians.
• Adhere to all safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
