Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Dispatcher to serve as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and local market teams to schedule, route, and track work orders. The position supports all district retail locations and requires strong organization and problem-solving skills.

You will build routes, handle same-day requests, manage weather disruptions, and collaborate with Store, District Managers to meet daily goals. Regular attendance and the ability to work at a retail location are essential.

Qualifications

• High School GED or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years customer service and dispatch experience preferred.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routing and schedule work orders between customers, technicians, and market teams.
• Build and plan routes matching technician skills and job difficulty.
• Manage day-of routing changes, weather impacts, cancellations, and ETA calls.
• Track progress using MDM and TechPulse.
• Collaborate with Store/ District Managers to meet business goals.
• Maintain accurate routing manifests and work orders.
