Job summary

Cash Depot is seeking a dependable Dispatcher to coordinate field service technicians and resolve customer service issues quickly. You will create work orders, assign calls, and ensure on-site visits follow policy while maintaining clear communication with technicians and customers.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in a professional role, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This full-time position offers weekday hours, potential overtime, and a benefits package

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience in a professional position; call center experience a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch field service technicians and assign calls per policy.
• Monitor routes and pursue efficiencies.
• Promptly handle tickets and emails related to service issues.
• Provide coverage for other zones as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with technicians and teammates.
• Support other duties as assigned.
