WillScot is seeking a Dispatcher to own the transactional logistics schedule and office duties for an assigned territory. You will decide the best transport options, manage a team, and drive on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or 3 years of applicable experience.
• 2 years work experience.
• 2 years experience managing one or more employees OR 1 year of experience with WillScot.
• MS Office/Excel/Word/Outlook experience.
• Experience working directly with customers by phone and email.
• Strong customer service orientation, active listening, excellent oral/written communication.
• Ability follow direction and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience applying creativity to problem-solving.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with vendors through open, proactive communication.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the dispatch for the assigned territory.
• Decide optimal transportation means (in-house or vendor) for delivery, service, and relocation.
• Maintain safety and follow WS Core Values: Collaboration, Empowerment, Excellence, Innovation.
• Manage daily tasks and assignments for drivers, field service techs, setup crews, and coordinators.
• Track deliveries and communicate status to customers and vendors.
• Coordinate with branch activities, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and filing as needed.
