WillScot is seeking a Dispatcher to oversee the transactional logistics schedule and office duties for a defined territory. You will determine the best transportation options, manage drivers and field personnel, and ensure on-time delivery, installation, and service while aligning with safety policies and WillScot core values.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers, supervising daily tasks, and maintaining documentation and compliance across the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with relevant work experience.
• Two years of work experience and ability to manage priorities is preferred.
• Experience supervising one or more employees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns the transportation schedule and office duties for the assigned territory.
• Decides optimal transport modes (in-house or vendor) for delivery, service, or relocation.
• Maintain safety compliance and service standards; support customer inquiries and scheduling.
