Job summary

WillScot seeks a Dispatcher to own the transactional logistics schedule and office responsibilities for a designated territory. You will decide the best transportation means, be a key driver of on-time delivery, and supervise staff to meet service targets.

You will ensure safety, adhere to policies, and maintain excellent customer service while coordinating with drivers, vendors, and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or 3 years of applicable experience.
• 2 years work experience.
• 2 years experience managing one or more employees.
• OR 1 year of experience with WillScot.
• MS Office/Excel/Word/Outlook experience.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the transactional logistics schedule and office responsibilities for assigned territory.
• Determine optimal transportation means (in-house or vendor) for cost and time efficiency.
• Maintain on-time delivery and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Supervise personnel and provide daily task assignments.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and customers to schedule deliveries and installs.
• Ensure DOT compliance within the territory.
• Manage office procedures including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and reception duties.
