Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Dispatcher who will own the transactional logistics schedule for the assigned territory and supervise personnel. You will decide optimal transport modes, manage daily workloads, and ensure on-time delivery, installation, and service while upholding safety and WillScot values.

You will coordinate with drivers, technicians, and branch teams, monitor performance metrics, and handle office duties such as payroll and invoicing for the branch.

Responsibilities

• Own the transactional logistics schedule and office responsibilities for the assigned territory.
• Decide optimal transportation means (in-house or vendor partners) for delivery, return, installation, service, removal or relocation.
• Maintain safety policies and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide supervisory support and assign tasks to team members.
• Coordinate with drivers, field service techs, setup crews, transport coordinators, and branch staff to meet on-time delivery targets.
