Job summary

WillScot, North America’s leading provider of temporary space solutions, is seeking a Dispatcher to own the logistics schedule and office duties for an assigned territory. You will decide on in-house or vendor transport, manage on-time delivery, and drive customer satisfaction while upholding safety and company values.

The role includes supervising personnel, coordinating drivers and contractors, ensuring DOT compliance, and maintaining documentation and reporting to support efficient operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3 years of applicable experience.
• 2 years work experience required.
• 2 years experience managing one or more employees.
• MS Office/Excel/Word/Outlook experience required.
• Experience communicating with customers by phone and email.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the logistics schedule and office duties for the assigned territory.
• Provide direct and indirect managerial oversight by assigning tasks and daily duties to staff.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and installation.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
