Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Dispatcher to lead the logistics schedule for a designated territory, including supervising staff and coordinating with drivers and vendors to ensure timely delivery, installation and removal of units.

You will optimize transportation choices, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive customer satisfaction while adhering to WillScot values. Experience in dispatch, logistics, and MS Office tools is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or 3 years of applicable experience.
• 2 years work experience in a related role.
• 2 years experience managing one or more employees OR 1 year of experience with WillScot.
• MS Office/Excel/Word/Outlook experience.
• Experience working directly with customers by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Owns all aspects of the transactional logistics schedule for the assigned territory.
• Determine optimal transportation means (in-house or vendor) for delivery and removal of units.
• Maintain safety policies and drive on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate drivers, field service techs, and branch staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to schedule daily/weekly activities.
