SRM Concrete is seeking a results-oriented Central Dispatch team member to connect customers, drivers, and plants for timely concrete deliveries. You’ll multitask across orders, schedules, and priorities while upholding safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet customer needs.
• Strong customer service orientation with clear communication.
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills in a dispatch/logistics setting.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings and join a high-volume office.
• Comfort with learning new systems and technology and cross-location coordination.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and communications to meet customers' needs with urgency and care.
• Juggle orders and schedules, coordinating with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams.
• Set a standard for professionalism and service within the Central Dispatch team.
• Monitor performance metrics and help implement process improvements.
• Handle customer inquiries, delivery or quality issues, and seek service recovery.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM teammates.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies in daily operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning and improvements.
