• Receive and manage high-volume inbound customer calls and emails while documenting information according to standard operating procedures.
• Create and update work orders in the IFS system for customer service requests.
• Route customer issues, complaints, and service requests to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support new account setup processes.
• Coordinate with accounts receivable to support new customer account activation and approval processes.
