Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support customers by answering calls, explaining services, scheduling appointments, and dispatching field technicians. Qualifications

• Excellent customer-service and telephone skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple appointments and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced scheduling and dispatch environment.
• Experience in plumbing, restoration, construction, field services, or a related industry is helpful but not required.
• Salesforce experience is helpful but not required.
• Previous customer service, call-center, scheduling, or dispatch experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Respond to questions and explain the company’s services
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments
• Dispatch technicians to daily service calls
• Coordinate technician schedules and determine efficient job routes
• Communicate scheduling updates to customers and technicians
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
• Provide a positive customer experience from the initial call through completion of service
• Assist with general administrative and customer-service responsibilities as needed
