Job summary

Sanborn's Air Conditioning and Heating in Redlands, CA is hiring a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative. This full-time role features a Mon-Fri 10 am–7 pm schedule with remote on-call weekend coverage, and a wage of $18–$22 per hour.

You will answer calls, schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, and manage orders while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has HVAC familiarity, experience with multi-line phone systems, and proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks,

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Experience using a multi-phone system.
• HVAC background with leading roles preferred.
• Ability to multi-task dispatching, parts ordering and invoicing.
• Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities
