Oceanside Services is seeking a reliable Weekend Dispatcher to support our service team. This part-time role covers Saturdays and Sundays with a potential work-from-home option after training.

You will manage calls, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians while keeping customers informed throughout the day. The position emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and attention to detail, with paid training and a supportive team environment.

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.

We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Weekend Dispatcher to support our service team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This is a part-time position working weekends, with the opportunity to work from home following the completion of training.

Schedule

• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Part-Time Position

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding schedules and customer needs
• Manage emergency calls and prioritize service requests
• Update customer information and job notes in company software
• Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and maximum efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching, customer service, call center, or scheduling experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, and multiple screens
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry experience is a plus
