One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a highly organized Service Dispatcher for evenings and weekends to coordinate technician schedules and customer appointments. You’ll support field operations, manage records, and act as the communication hub between customers, technicians, and office staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dispatching or coordination experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Geographic knowledge of the service area preferred.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day.
• Coordinate technician return visits for follow-up service.
• Maintain on-call and after-hours service procedures.
• Enter service calls and schedule appointments; complete debriefings.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company database.
• Respond to inquiries regarding scheduling, lead times, invoicing, and service.
• Support service technicians via phone and online communications.
• Follow up to schedule preventative maintenance appointments.
• Review completed work orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare invoices and technician timecards for processing.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional image and adhere to safety policies.
