Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and potential delays.
