Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 6 months+ related work experience preferred
• Experience in waste, transportation, or logistics is desirable
• Previous customer service in a call center is preferred
• Strong telephone and two-way radio skills; courteous and professional communication
• Proficiency in MS Office and typing; ability to work under pressure and handle issues quickly

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact between drivers and home base and dispatch drivers to calls as they come in
• Assign routes and service tickets to drivers and close tickets daily
• Plan and monitor daily route assignments for residential, roll-off and commercial drivers
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and communicate with drivers and customers to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with Customer Service Manager and Operations Manager to ensure prompt follow-up on issues
