The ideal candidate will have strong call-center-like customer service skills and proficiency with MS Office and dispatch software. Responsibilities include updating tickets, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting supervisors with daily reports and equipment logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 6 months of related work experience.
• Experience in waste, transportation, or logistics preferred.
• Customer service experience in call-center environment preferred.
• Good telephone and two-way radio skills; courteous interaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact between drivers and home base and dispatch to calls.
• Assign routes and service tickets to drivers and close tickets daily.
• Plan and monitor daily route assignments for all driver types.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and communicate changes to customers and sales.
• Answer incoming calls and provide route information; coordinate with managers.
• Serve as emergency contact to drivers and manage driver phones/radios.
• Enter customer data, close work orders, and maintain accuracy in systems.
• Print and update productivity reports for route supervisors.
• Reconcile fuel tickets, PPE inventory, and other operational tasks.
