Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. seeks a Dispatcher to coordinate with drivers, respond to service orders, and schedule daily routes. You will work with the Driver teams and Customer Service Manager to ensure timely service and issue resolution.

Responsibilities include assigning routes, closing tickets, and maintaining accurate data in systems. Prior call center and logistics experience is preferred; strong communication and computer skills are required in an office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in waste, transportation, or logistics preferred.
• Previous customer service in a call center preferred.
• Good telephone and 2-way radio skills; courteous and professional communication.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers to respond to service orders and schedule service.
• Assign routes and service tickets to drivers and close tickets daily.
• Plan and monitor daily route assignments for residential, roll-off and commercial drivers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery/pickup problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Answer calls and provide route information; coordinate with Customer Service and Drivers.
• Serve as dispatcher liaison to maintenance staff and provide emergency contact support.
• Enter and verify customer data; close work orders from previous day routes.
