Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers with dispatch to balance response time and cost.
• Assign routes and service tickets to drivers daily and close tickets.
• Plan daily routes for residential, roll-off, and commercial drivers to meet standards.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and communicate with drivers and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Answer calls and provide route information, coordinating with Supervisors to ensure follow-through.
• Maintain data in Tower, Trackese, and related systems; record driver and route info.
• Review productivity reports and distribute updates to route supervisors daily.
• Manage driver phones/radios and oversee software updates and charging routines.
• Support PPE inventory, uniforms, and Saturday work preparations.
